I’d prefer to wait and make sure it wasn’t a case of Hackman brutally murdering his wife and then himself before we dedicate an entire night of movies in his honor.

Just as a clarification, this is everything from direct tellings of the plays to adaptations and even homages. Everything from Henry V to The Lion King, even Rosencrantz and Guildenstern are Dead counts (as it’s a personal favorite and I suggested the theme)

I’m currently getting together as much as I can, trying to find one of everything but it’s hard if not impossible for some of his less played works.
 
So far I have the following movies ready to go in my Drive.
  • Titus (1999)
  • Richard III (1995)
  • Rosencrantz And Guildenstern Are Dead (1990)
  • Hamlet (1996) (We will probably need an intermission for this one)
  • Coriolanus (2011)
  • Romeo + Juliet (1996)
None of them seemed to have been flagged yet so we should be good to go.
