Actually the movie make me remember of emergence by shindoL. The protagnist is from a muslim family she dosen't have friend so she decide to go with the bitches clique. Thing only get worst from here.. She push the button too far and take photo of her couch, obviously her friend are disgusted by it and don't want her anymore. ANd oh boys the cat fight..

Should this movie removed from netflix? Seriosuly I don't care, some movie are censored for less. In the end you could still watch it on internet.. BTW if they weren't an huge outrage I would never watch it. So is the irony of outrage culture and streisand effect

I honestly feel so bad for any child put in these situations like Cuties, or like Jazz.

Because you know they didn't get put into this willingly, even if they thought they were. Stuff like this comes from parents or managers with way too much control over them pushing it on them, and what you get in the end are children leading screwed up lives and getting used, abused, chewed up, and spit out by the system that made them that way in the first place.

I mean, the entertainment industry has probably ruined more children than any other institution outside of sweatshops and slave labor.
 
The French 'Actors, Producers and Directors guild' have issued a statement defending the film, and apart from expressing outrage seem a bit baffled as to how anybody is allowed to express hate about this masterpiece. Detailing how it's obviously fuelled by the "most conservative of Americans"

That's genuine by the way. They really can't comprehend why people are criticising it and how they're allowed to criticise it. No public intellectual in France would dare.

Leaving aside the obvious Pedophilia, French cinema has always had a strong tendency to portray sex in the most graphic, crude and explicit way possible. All of which is typically funded with state money.

Every few years, some French film like Baise Moi, Irreversible, Romance etc gets picked up in the west and suddenly French cinema is relevant again for about 5 minutes.

Okay seriously, why the fuck is this such a prevailing theory that journalists (even those working in satire) are trying to make people blindly accept? How do they expect anybody to even believe this?

If it was some unknown anomaly or something that most people can't view with their own eyes, I'd understand the narrative push a bit more: but this is a publicly available movie on one of the largest streaming services of all time that nearly everyone in the U.S. has access to! Anybody can fact check for themselves how bad this movie is! They can even pirate it, if they don't want to support Netflix! You can't fool people with eyes; you can't just tell people what they're seeing right in front of them is false and a political bend, it just doesn't work that way.

Like at this point, I can't even be mad: I respect the hustle. I still think they're all completely insane and/or morons for defending this movie in order to "own the right", but the fact that they're still pushing this thing when every sane person on every platform ever created is telling them to fuck off is truly inspiring.

They've become accustomed to this utter bullshit being allowed to slide. If they want to push anything, no matter what it is, just claim NAWTSEES are opposed to it. You don't want to be a NAWTSEE do you? The implication, of course, is that bad things will happen to you if you are a NAWTSEE so you better shut up and go along with it, or else.
