Those wouldn't really be comparable. In a movie like that it would be all make believe. Physical abuse would be simulated and verbal abuse would be acted and not real. Cuties however, what those girls did wasn't simulated. They really did those things, under direction from adults. They were sexually exploited by adults to make the film.
Speaking of trannys. I looked at the replies to Jack Saint's tweets and saw one person ardently defending the movie. Looked at their profile and 'shockingly' I saw the word "femboy".

Exactly. Pretty Baby was over 40 years ago. The number of things that have come anywhere close to its content in mainstream film is pretty small. The fact that this could even be in the same conversation as it is pretty remarkable.

and even that isnt comparable at all
rape happens on screen pretty regularly, even in live-action film. but the actors just simulate it, they aren't actually getting raped for real. just like showing murder is common in movies, but actors aren't actually getting shot dead for real.
the issue with cuties isn't just what is depicted, but that the child actresses actually are doing these things. it's not AI generated deepfake video, it's not drawn cartoons, it's actual real pre teen girls being dressed up in hooker outfits and told to shake their asses in front of the camera at the direction of grown adults. that is the big sin of this movie.

The direction is the skeeviest part of this movie. Who knows how many takes there were for the sexualized scenes in this movie and how the girls were directed? Hell, they probably had to redo takes because "the actresses weren't dancing provocatively enough" or some sick shit like that. And that's just one part of the utterly wrong things that were probably happening behind the scenes.
And if anyone defends that with "well girls do that WITHOUT adults directing them that's kind of the point of the movie duhh" they are vile.

The conspiracy side of my brain is kicking in. This movie exists solely so some producer or casting director could amass a collection of 650+ videos of little girls dancing and possibly more nefarious things. They know that putting a black woman as the face of this film would cause all the progressives to defend it against all criticism. I highly doubt they had so much trouble finding the right girl that they had to keep doing auditions until the deadline. They did it because they wanted to milk it for as long as they could. The director is a pawn for the sex pests to hide behind.

Not one of these creatures defending this crap can reasonably justified the casting of 11 year olds for the film. Why do they need to be that age in order to tell this story? I bet you could replace the kids with some young looking 18 year olds and the movie would mostly be the same. Fuck, it makes more sense to tell this story with teenagers.
The message is supposed be a critique on the oversexualization of the youth. There's undoubtedly more pressure on young teens in high school to engage in promiscuous behavior for social acceptance than preteens. The main character is doing this degenerate shit in response to her Senegalese culture and upbringing, right? That's textbook teenager behavior. You're old enough to rebel against your parents' ideals because they clash with your ideas, but you're still immature enough to not understand the ramifications of uploading nudes on the internet.
