The thing that's annoying is the secret mods, that might take away from the personality vote and ego pumping, but doesn't really solve any of the issues moderation did have before.

The slight upside is the moaning ninnies are getting banned, but could just as much mean *anyone* with a political expression or even joking could be banned. Messy potential there.
