Most of the SJW types have already migrated to resetera, for none of them want to browse a forum owned by a "sexist, harassing pig", as well as because the only part of the forum they browsed is now gone.

This is beautiful. I doubted we would see Donald Trump elected levels of saltiness again so soon, but in an obviously much smaller scale this is pretty much the same. People flat out can't deal with it in spectacular fashion. Just beautiful.

I'm in love with the idea that NeoGAF, while tarnished and somewhat smaller, will continue on. People will have their OT and glorified news aggregation (the silent majority). Some will leave for other forums.

But in the end, those who truly lost are the mods like besada who stood up and left. They'll have their utterly tiny hugbox kingdom, that no one in the games industry will visit. They'll never be able to properly open up registrations due to raids.

ResetEra, and more specifically the mods, will almost certainly need their own thread.
