I get Peaches quite a lot.
Those fucking fancy cats called Sapphire and Jeeves on the other hand.. I have the whole area set up just for them, I clear out the pleb cats, put the best food out and they've turned up like 3 times and I missed them every time.

They won't come with Sashimi. They'll only show up with either deluxe tuna bitz or bonito bitz. I got best results with the deluxe tuna bitz.
Sapphire even gave me her memento!

Sapphire and Jeeves have only visited me 4 times, but that's because I don't really like either of their items so I don't put them out much. Right now I just want to catch a glimpse of the new ones since they have been turning up in my yard when I'm not looking!
Also, did the update get rid of the daily password that gives you fish? That's how I made a lot of Ritzy Bitz, haha.
