Watching Episode 1 of the NSO anime, is this how Wrestling fans feel? Every scene KAngel/Ame is I'm on like cheering "YES LET'S GO KANGEL/AME!!!" but whenever they have the other streamers from Karamazov and other KAngel-wannabes (You Will Never Be A Internet Angel YWNBAIA) on screen I'm like "BOO!!! FUCK OFF AND DIE!!!"

It's genuinely crazy how close to the real thing this bipolar femoid is. Everything from "asdjdfff;" writing to easily becoming addicted to sex, drugs, or reckless social behavior. And even the one-off niche ADHD interests like fighting games which is oddly specific.

An anime based on this? Is it gonna be a fucking hentai? There's no way this game can be done justice if they just downplay all the adult themes.
 
It was alright game except the bullshit of needing to respond to every text message so she wouldn't flip out on you. It actually didn't go as dark as I expected.

The issue is that Japs always cuck out of actually criticizing the Idol industry. They will imply about how it's all parasocial sex appeal with underage girls, but then take a step back and cry on how "but it's really about hope for people to shine", despite the fact that the majority of girls that managed to make it into the industry, continue on to porn work (if they didn't spread their legs to get in).

I don't expect it to be different with internet idols, there were many crazy cases of japs flipping out due to them having a boyfriend, including one where the idol was at Disney, and someone managed to use her eye reflection to see the man taking her picture, which was actually her brother (maybe) and it started a shitstorm. Or japs finding their town and honking during streams to geo locate them.

Saw the first 3 episodes and gotta say im digging the visuals. I like the commentary on streaming and how shit it truly can be. Gotta ask is this the modern day "Perfect Blue"?

We can't say for certain until it ends. Chainsaw Man was a great Manga until like the middle of Part 2 and it ended and I'd say the ending retroactively turned the series into coal.
