Not as likely as it might seem. It's quite easy to get hormones nowadays, whether legally through informed consent clinics (which pretty much just hand you hormones and a waiver), or illegally off the internet (probable here, since Narcissa's already smoking a bunch of weed and not leaving the house). SRS is different, since you pretty much have to see a professional for it, and that means getting a proper gender dysphoria diagnosis. A lot of trans cows try to fudge it for as long as possible, and then end up either rejected for SRS or not even bothering to apply at all.

I don't even know what to say. This... is not of value or worth, and the fact he thinks it is shows how disconnected from reality he is. Journaling can be really healthy & helpful but this is nowhere near anything resembling self-improvement or self-awareness. A page smeared with his semen and tears would have more artistic value than this.

Cosmo is absolutely going to kill himself when he runs out of money and being the massive attention whore that he is he'll livestream it. I think a lot of people are obsessively watching him so they can get their five minutes of E fame when he an heros.
