Whoah, that price is out of my league for a toy. That's the 1995 release you were looking at but the price still seems way too high. The VF-17S I got came out recently in Japan and can be found for under $300.

I’m not a gigantic fan of Funko Pops but, in a place where finding cool Silent Hill merch is kinda scarce, getting the James, Heather and Robbie The Rabbit pops were a must when I found them in a shop. I’m planning on getting the rest of them at some point too, just gotta find space for the little buggers.

Funko pops are really hard to store, yeah. When I was a kid me and my sister shared some MLP ones and they were always on the floor cause their big fucking heads couldn't be kept anywhere, lol. I would recommend on your work desk, but their beady eyes staring into your soul may give you nightmares

me and the lads got into Robotech in the mid 90s when it was economically viable to get a first wave Jetfire compared to some of the other late tax you were looking at
I got a Joons Korea, buddy got a fuckton of TRANSFORMERS PARTS LOT auctions off ebay until he ended up with two complete Jetfires (one with the clip, one set of Takatoku wings), three naked JFs, and about a third of a Strike Valk
he could also do a stunt of field strip and re-assemble a Takatoku style Valkyrie in... I forget but he was basically doing the joke of doing that gun thing but with a robot toy, he was big into guns too
then in the late 90s / early 00s Bandai re-issued basically all of them and then there was the Yamatos and the Robotech MPs so we felt a little silly about going so apeshit
I'm not a hundred percent sure what my dad might have flipped (but he got good money, no five dollar yard sale bullshit) so I _may_ still have a very jank bootleg VF-1 I got dirt cheap, a nice HK bootleg M7 VF-19 the blue one, the Bandai 00sish re-issue of the M7 17, the Robotech MP... whatever was the first one
