I know of an autistic blind girl who lives with her 600 pound "wife" in a psych nursing home, who makes videos about playing with dolls, snacks and her period. She used to be hot but gets fatter weekly. She's 27 and had this Winona Ryder thing going on. She keeps pretending to be a therapist type on Facebook but when you watch her videos it's clear she's mentally about 9.
Her wife writes lesbian Star Trek Voyager fan-fiction.

I'm assuming the "besides a man fucking a blowup doll surrogate of a thirteen year old boy" is implied here. A dude on another forum who used to follow random words with parenthesees full of all the pronouns for the word he could think of. Made his posts like twice as long as they had to be.
