Harvester.

It's a so bad it's good game. It has the violence and gore factor down to a science. So stupid. So wtf. So terribly good. Google it.

Edit: I just saw that someone else mentioned Harvester. A. That person is awesome for knowing it. B. Seriously check that shit out. It's ridiculous. It's special.
 
Oh yea. Also Phantasmagoria 1 and 2. Also violent. Also super stupid. Also incredibly entertaining. 90's computer games how I miss thee. Golden years.
