Ah finally some Canadian terves are pushing back against Oger's bullshit. Notice how polite they're being, not tying him to the dead rats and death threat graffiti at the rape crisis shelter. It may depends, but, possibly that could be a no, because it is probably a scam so that they can keep the fucking money for themselves in fear after getting busted, instead of kindly refund the money that was "donated" to the "charity" itself.
