"turning away" = "referring to other services that will meet their needs"

that is literally what vancouver rape relief does when they are met with a person that they are not prepared to help. It is what they should do. This is like complaining that the food bank won't house people.

I brought this up earlier and no one could definitively say. I couldn't find anything about her being post op. The best guess is rogain believes putting on panties means you have a vagina
