It's called "Political entryism" It's big thing across all the parties. Even the PPC has it.
In the case of the CPC, that party has been infiltrated by liberals wearing blue.

Most of the top level positions are held by them including Maryam Monsef who lied about where she was born.

I think I found Oger's first project of the year.

His nemesis Meghan Murphy will be speaking at another event at the Vancouver Public Library. The troons and their queerling henchmen are very perturbed. Danny Ramadan (he/him) is a "queer" social justice warrior based in Toronto, and was a part of the Rainbow reich that organized the shitshow when Murphy spoke at the Toronto Public Library. In a stunning display of bravery, he pulled his books and would not do a reading (sadface).

Being a Muslim immigrant from Syria gives him loads of woke street cred, so the white troons love parading him around.

When I was young, children's book writers were mild mannered people to look up to. I feel sorry for the young children of today if this is what they get.

Care to quote the law(s) that prevents HIV+ refugees? A Bill, an Act, the CCC, IRPA? Can you please quote the law and section in question? For the record HIV+ refugees and people coming here on visas are allowed to apply. They are given an opportunity to disclose that they are HIV+ but if they follow the immigration guidelines they can be allowed in. There are certain situations with refugees where part of a family may reside in Canada already and other family members apply. In that case, the applicant is forced into a situation of disclosing their HIV situation to their family, immigration will do it after a period of time (if the applicant doesn't), or the applicant can withdraw their application.

I just don't know of any Canadian law that requires the rejection of HIV+ applicants, so that is why I am asking. What I know runs contrary to your statement. It is possible I don't understand Canadian law, and I'm willing to be educated, as there may be something I am missing.
 
I guess if you could quote the law you would have said so. I'll take your response at this time as "Sorry, I can't quote the law". If you care to elucidate later on with a rational response I am more than happy to entertain reading the information you provide.

It's judged on a case by case scenario. Being HIV positive doesn't exclude you from immigration anymore, but you have to prove that you will not be a strain on the already fucked up Canadian Healthcare system.

While what you say in true in general, the medical admissibility doesn't apply in some situations. Refugees deemed eligible on all other grounds, people in need of protection, sponsored immigrants with certain classes of family already in Canada, and dependents children <= age of 21 of a Canadian resident.

Beyond these exemptions - medical admissibility and costs are a potential determining factor, and you are right - it is a case by case basis, but doesn't mean a denial either.

The other aspect of Canadian immigration policies is to better ensure a level of HIV+ awareness, education, and identification of applicants to help mitigate risk of transmission to non-infected people. In general Canadian health policy no longer sees HIV as a fatal condition - but a chronic life long illness and potentially costly to treat (at least at this time).
