The ruling is pretty clear that there is no discrimination when someone who exclusively offers vulva waxing refuses to perform scrotum waxing. Section 85:
"A brazilian wax is a commonly understood term which refers to the removal of hair from the genitals of a person with a vulva. Ms. Yaniv presented no evidence that any of these Respondents customarily provided the service of removing hair from a scrotum. As a result, their denials of service do not fall within s. 8 of theCode. I have dismissed all of these complaints on the basis they are not justified, pursuant to s. 37(1) of the Code. "

Even when used internally in a professional setting I find it cringeworthy. I know several ppl with shitty MBA's from crummy schools and they're the worst offenders. In my experience only the most worthless degree holders do this. But once you've earned a Ph.D. from a legitimate university it's fair game as far as I'm concerned; it's part of the perks.

I've said before and I'll say it again, in public and to his face: FUCK the Rogaine Ogre.
