this is the one that blows my mind the most and clearly showcases the misogyny that troons are blatantly getting away with. and it's sickening how they're getting away with it too by latching onto and appropriating the identities of yet another historically marginalized group.
 
Looks like terfs will be able to cash in whenever they are called cis women as they don’t identify as having a gender at all and you need a ladybrain to be a cis woman.
 
I'm wondering how this ruling will apply to someone like Jonathan / Jessica Yaniv who seems to tailor their name/appearance/pronoun to different scenarios. Like doesn't he still go by Jonathan on some of his active social media accounts? What are people meant to make of that?

I think it's really the death of common sense we're seeing.

If a tribunal can't recognize the lunacy behind forcing others to treat a man as a woman, I just don't know where the limit really is. Are furries animals now? Are DIDs whatever they say they are? Is it safe to judge a transsexual as a biological woman? Are pronouns going into their IDs now? What if they change their minds? What if they change personalities? Is it right to judge someone with self diagnosed DID for what one personality did when it's another one fronting? Is it wrong to treat that person as mentally ill? and if it isn't, would gender dysphoria qualify as mental illness?

To quote Dr. Ian Malcom from Jurassic Park: "They were so preoccupied with whether or not they could they didn't stop to think if they should"

I'm all for trans rights but that is NOT a woman. That is a sad little soy manlet with long hair who would probably be balding if he wasn't on HRT.
