I wouldn't say "all" in that NATALT (not all trans are like that), but the prevailing social climate is increasingly allowing them to be like that if they want. That's also what the r/gcers mean when they come down on people saying "not all men are like that" but unlike other men, MTFs enjoy far more latitude.

Meghan Murphy's panel in January (1/10) featured such a woman (except I don't think she was homeless). Oger's contingent made fun of her hair and said something against interracial adoption.

VANCOUVER—A Vancouver human-rights tribunal has ruled there’s no room for public debate about whether transgender people are who they say they are.
Well-known trans advocate Morgane Oger filed the complaint against Christian activist Bill Whatcott after he distributed flyers disparaging her for being a trans woman.
The case focused on flyers distributed to residents of the Vancouver-False Creek riding in 2017 when trans-rights activist Morgane Oger was running for office with the B.C. NDP.

The 104-page ruling, which goes into detail about the types of discrimination trans people face, is a win for trans rights in B.C. and across the country, said Susanna Allevato Quail, Oger’s lawyer.
“This decision is really a landmark decision in establishing the scope of protections under the human-rights code for transgender people,” she said.
“It is not a legitimate subject of public debate, whether or not it’s OK to be transgender or whether transgender people are real.”
Whatcott’s lawyer could not be immediately reached for comment.
The flyers Whatcott distributed described Oger as a “biological male” and a “transvestite.” They were distributed to residents of the Vancouver-False Creek riding in 2017 when Oger was running for office with the B.C. NDP.
Oger filed a human-rights complaint, alleging the flyers were discriminatory and hateful and targeted her identity as a trans woman. Whatcott denied the allegations, asserting that his freedom of speech and religion entitled him to publish his views on Oger.
In the ruling, distributed to lawyers on Wednesday, the tribunal judge ordered Whatcott to pay Oger $35,000 in compensation for injury to her dignity, feelings and self-respect. Whatcott was also ordered to pay Oger an additional $20,000 for his improper conduct during and before the hearings.
“(It) is really so encouraging ... to have the tribunal say you know you can’t argue that you are just commenting on a legitimate public issue because this is not a public issue. There is no debate about whether people are or should be transgender,” said Quail.

Back in January, Oger and his crew attended an event at the Vancouver Public Library that was meant to provide a platform for women to speak out about how trans rights were effecting women’s rights.

A two spirited Native woman spoke about her experiences in society, about how her people were accepting of others outside of the norm without denying reality, and shared a few thoughts about how things were going in modern society.

Oger’s crew responded during the Q&A section by critiquing the Native woman’s appearance and claimed that she had no understanding of what being two spirited meant. (lol)

They became so belligerent during the Q&A that moderators had to step in and say that this could be discussed privately after the event. There was eventually a minor verbal kerfuffle that ended with security having to tell them to leave.

Fuck everything about these assclowns.

I think attacking the tribunal via mass lunacy resulting from their decisions might be just the ticket, actually.

Most of my fellow Canuckians are honestly NOT Cuckians, and something like that might finally break through the groundswell of 'get along with everyone in our society no matter what' and force a reasoning head-shake, and we can nip this in the bud the way Americans finally did McArthyism back in the day. (gimme dem rainbows.)

Okay so I'm ignorant of Canadian politics for the most part (other than following what Trudeau is up to a bit so I can roll my eyes at him) so I am seriously confused as to why a Human Rights Tribunal is led by a bunch of white men and why Canadian SJWs aren't chimping out over it (or are they?). I guess I'll have to go dig into the backstory on this one a lot more.
 
This ruling is unenforceable and as such a legislative joke at best. I mean sure, you can sue an exceptional asshole here and there for tens of thousands of dollars and make examples out of them but if an entire classroom is misgendering a student what are they going to do, sue all the kids for hundreds of thousands of dollars?! Sue the school/college as whole?!

It cannot be enforced at a basic level and if it cannot be enforced then it is pointless and moot. The first time a case more complex than "complete total asshole versus man in a dress" pops up, it all is going to crumble on its lack of common sense.

Other examples from the top of my head: what if you misgender someone by accident, while you're juggling a dozen of your trans friends/coworkers preferred pronouns in your tiny head? What if a furry dragonkin sues an insurance company for not using his preferred pronoun "lizard"? What if you misgender someone who has dissociative personality and some are male, some female, some trans, etc and you called him by the wrong pronoun when a different identity was surfacing?

Ok maybe these are not the best examples but I'm just trying to show that while this (pretty expensive) slap-in-the-wrist ruling can work for cookie cutter cases when the SJWs want to go "fact-abiding cis men are bad", anything else you can think of makes this literally unenforceable and it's going to be a complete shitshow if cases like that appear - and if I know anything about current year, is that a much crazier case than any of us can think of will happen sooner or later to prove my point...

Another example: what if you misgender a transperson because you literally do not know they're supposed to be a woman? Are they going to stick a $50k fine on you? If they try to, it's going to be a shitshow worthy of some French-style beheadings.
