Having not gotten Meghan Murphy deplatformed at the Vancouver library, Oger is planning on attending and shitting things up. Also, suing her after his last human rights tribunal concludes. All because Murphy will call him a man.

hmmmm. If troons weren't so fond of threatening others I would wonder if Oger is involved, but there's too many suspects. since the library talk is January 10th there's going to be lots more threats before Murphy gets to speak.

Some transactivists told the local news media that Murphy canceled the event (not true), a few still wrote articles about it. That seems more ogerly. However it's a tactic usually employed the week of the event so there's not time for everyone to find out it was a hoax.

Either way, sure is a lot of effort to stop a woman from talking at a library. I'm like 90 percent sure Oger is going to sue her over what she says.
 
Man, this'll be funny unless Murphy actually gets attacked. I do hope she has security of some sort. Loony troons have been known to use less-than-peaceful methods of 'protest' when they don't get their way.

Wow, no one kept up on the trial. I kept my archive URLs from everything that went down.

The trial was the week of december 7 and went to the following monday, so like 4 or 5 days of testimony about if his flyer or words constitute hate under bill c-16. It's weird that even peterson fags aren't talking about this, since this is exactly what Jordan Peterson said would happen with bill c 16 and exactly what proponents claimed would never happen (including the fucking canadian bar association, lol).

Anyway.

KNOWN CHAD Bill Whatcott wore a tee shirt with Oger's face on it to the human rights tribunal, the shirt said that Oger will always be a man no matter what he does.

the human rights tribunal told him to remove the shirt and Bill refused. Bill said the court was a kangaroo court and was a a farce, that he was prepared to go to the gulag for his beliefs, etc etc. Bill was ordered to refer to Morgane as "she" and "her" and not by the dead name, and bill did not obey them once. He said he would never pay any fines ordered by the HRT.

The decision is slated to be made in 2019. It's a big fucking deal and no one is really covering it, this would effectively make it illegal to misgender in canada. That's probably what is going to go down, and at that point either canadians need to fight back against this court system or things are going to get much worse for canadians.

The best part of the trial was when one of the human rights tribunal judges kept mistakenly calling Morgane "he". Apparently he did that like four fucking times, but despite having committed the "crime" of misgendering the verdict is pretty obviously gonna be in Morgane's favor anyway. The whole trial is bill giving free speech talking points, and saying bible verses about trannies and gays being hell bound & morgane crying about how much that hurts his feelings. All of Whatcott's experts were dismissed, all of morgane's were allowed. Only the JCCF was allowed as an intervener on behalf of whatcott, I think Oger got like 3 diffferent human rights/lgbt groups to intervene on his behalf.

It doesn't have any of the attributes a court, a tribunal capable of deciding violations of the law, should have and doesn't remotely respect the basic human right to due process, so fuck it. It is an absolute joke of a "human rights" tribunal that makes a mockery of the whole idea of human rights.

He is treating it with all the respect it deserves.

This would have a major effect on so many of our Canuck troon cows, ofc most notably Jonathan Yaniv. I bet he’s following this trial happily.

I would wait to hear from Murphy on that one - she has been deplatformed and if Oger can spread false information to prevent people from going at the correct time... I wouldn’t rule it out. Hell, could be true it is easy to believe the campus would cave in, but they don’t know you can’t even give a fucking inch to these people.
