Lol, get fucked Switch consoomers, Capcom has been holding back their high res textures and 60fps for the real version of the game, and its coming out In January in the beginning of the year, I hope these people that bought a Switch got their money's worth lol.

I mean when they announced Rise a year ago they said it was coming to PC eventually. Honestly it taking almost a year is a little rough but at least it seems to be coming with all the subsequent updates immediately unlike World which had the updates dripfed.

I just hope it is a better port than World. World had a lot of issues and never really got better with Iceborne.

I never had any issues with Iceborne on the pc except for their first update which had a lot of dropped frames, but they fixed that in a span of 2 weeks or so and it ran pretty smoothly.

I had fun with Rise on the Switch and I'm glad to see more opportunities for more people to play it.

Why do people like this series?

I torrented the latest one and I didn't even want to play it for free. The monsters are cool, but the combat is clunky and the whole game is just so goddamn boring; like smacking the fuckers with a sword for an hour with the same patterns the whole time is "fun", apparently.

Is it a weeb thing? Maybe it's better multiplayer, but if I wanted to deal with other people, I'd go outside.

Monster Hunter's combat was shit until World. The appeal was mostly just armor and weapon progression and the difficulty. World Made the weapons have depth and made you learn combos and animation cancels. The controls in that game were probably the smoothest I've played in any game since.

Seriously? Play more games lmao.

Denuvo out of the ass confirmed sadly (which may be removed 3 years later like it was the case for World on PC) and there doesn't seem to be anything mentioning cross-saves either.

It's cool for fellow PCbros (not OP though) but it looks like I'll stick to Switch

Eugh. Why do Capcom stick to this shitheap of DRM?

I understand that you want to take a jab at Nintendo fanboys or Reset(Ninten pedo)eras.
But literally any MonHun fans already know the game will come out early next year. Only till now they announce January, which is great.

Even your typical game journalist knows about it since early this year.

If you want to make fun of, then some MonHun fanboys are willing to buy the game again on PC.

Then again, it's MonHun fanboys, they are okay with owning multiple platforms to play every MonHun games ever.

No shit, but the video shows more on the updated textures and 4k resolution making it look more like World, adding more salt to the wound.

It's the only reason the wii-u reached double digits in million units sold.

Gaming Nomads moving from one oasis to another.

I'm glad they're updating the textures because holy hell if Dragon Quest 11 was anything to go by it would have looked like blurry ass on actual hardware.

Anyone know if it will be released out the gate with the DLC on the PC version, or will it have staggered content like MHW did with console and PC release?
