The hair gave it away, and as I said, its her Strive look. It took me a bit, but had a "I know that hair" moment in my head.
Only because I'm a Guilty Gear sperg, you're linking her Xrd look.
Dizzy's had three looks since debuting in GGX, and each iteration adds more clothes. This is the Dizzy that was in GGX and all the variations of XX.
Notice her hair decorations are ribbons and her thighs and midsection are all exposed. Basic, but this was her first game, back in 2000.
Next is her Xrd look.
Her hair and accessories are the same; most of her midsection is covered, there's more white in her clothing, and due to there being about a 15 year gap between X and Xrd, we get cel shading.
Now there's Strive.
The only thing that carries over through all versions is the yellow bow on he tail. Her hair style is different, the ribbons have been replaced with flowers, her shoes are different, her wings have completely changed, and she mostly covered up.
MooMoo wanted to try and whore it up, so she skipped out on any sort of dress to show off her curvy rolls. If I wasn't such a sperg and able to recognize the hair, it's a very hard tell. I can't say now-a-days, but what used to make or break a Dizzy cosplay were what you did with her wings. Mariah dropped the dress part for the lower half, and looks like she went with some sort of temu brand wing. Complete botch job, someone should've told her to spend this money elsewhere.
As an aside, Dizzy is married and has a child Moomoo, where's your husband and progeny?

But she's not really "thick bimbo." She's quite literally "lumpy." There's been too much surgery done to that body and it's just misshapen, almost broken. It breaks into uncanny valley territory. I really don't mean to insult her on that either -- I'm a sucker for big tits myself but they can only carry a malformed body so far.

Time / Age comes for us all, but Moomoo hasn't taken care of herself properly; and that's without mentioning she had breast reduction surgery. Not a girl, so not gonna have a proper opinion on what big tits does to your back; but she fancies herself some sort of model, and literally cut her money makers off, while failing to eat/exercise properly. So instead of being a thicc girl with extra curves, she's a lumpy mess with saggy bags and impossible geometry when her photoshop guy does work. Damn near every big name cosplayer from the West is a BPD head case with malicious Queen Bee syndrome.
Mariah could've bagged her Hot Korean Doctor Husband, if she ate less, exercised more, took a few etiquette classes, read Emily Post, cut the progressive/mean-girl shit, and didn't cut her tits off. I just gave a six-point plan, and she somehow managed to do the opposite of every step.
