And because he rocked him, people won't shut up how he "actually won" or how "if this was a street fight Nate would have won" (I'm not making either of those up either), ignoring him getting ripped apart for the previous 24 or so minutes. Diaz fans are, alongside Conor fans, the absolute worst.

Easy to win the story when his fans keep changing the goal posts. From "if this was a street fight he would have won because no ref would be there to stop him" to "actually he doesn't care about winning which is why he taunted instead of going for the win" to "he got a cut a month ago and he couldn't get going, even though his biggest complaint is that he never gets the chance to get going. Anything to give Nate the mental win. He is simultaneously the biggest fight and the realest motherfucker out there while also a complete bum not worthy of fighting a top 5 guy.
Edwards is utterly cursed. Got made into a meme with Masvidal's "3 piece and soda", eyepoked Belal in his comeback fight after a long layoff, then has 24 minutes of domination outdone by 1 minute of him being hurt. Compare this to Wonderboy getting KO'ed by the ghost of Pettis, someone who lost to Nate, not 3 fights ago, and people handwave it with "he got caught, who cares", because he's a nice guy.
I completely forgot why I dislike Conor and Diaz fans until last night. Nothing wrong with the fighters themselves, they are fun watches, but the fanbase is autistic as hell.
Vettori was one of the worst recent examples I've seen of an idiot "sticking to the gameplan".
He left his lead leg out to get chopped up and made no attempt to check a single kick which fucked up his striking early. Then he kept going for takedowns he either couldn't finished or Izzy would just pop back up again because the plan ended at "take him down".
5 rounds of banging his head against a brick wall with not even a hint of adapting to the situation.

Did he even stick to the gameplan? His corner was telling him that he was down and needed to pressure more and he wasted time arguing that he won. The guy thinks he won that obvious 5-0.

Feels like those losses are going to be the best thing that ever happened to him. Hype train is now gone, and he realizes that he isn't going to be able to just half-ass it and dominate everyone.
Is there any update on Terrance McKinney after he won his UFC debut in 7 seconds and immediately hurt his leg on the celebration?

The first time I watched Moreno was with his fight against Formiga. Didn't think much of him (i thought he was high-level but not championship material) until he fought Figueiredo. He's one of the best boxers in the UFC tbh; his jab is crispy. I even thought his jab was fast during the first fight with Fig. He just needs to work on piecing together combos more often.

Gane does it again. Made Volkov look like a complete amateur in there. Looked like he was a man out of ideas. IDK how he stacks up against Francis, but talent wise he's champ material for sure. 50-45'ed Volkov.

100%. They needed O'Malley to get a finish and he wasn't going to get it in the last 30 seconds. Anyone who doesn't think these refs aren't on the take are retards.
Am I the only one who thinks O'Malley looks like ass because of this fight? He's given this regional can who is a marching punching bag with no head movement or ring cutting, clearly there for him to KO, and he can't do it. Picks him to pieces as this can walks him down talking shit.

Got to see Ryan Hall get KO'ed after Joe talked like a smug liberal cunt about how "unintellegent" people are for not liking his style of going for Iminari rolls and spinning kicks and doing nothing else, and running this narrative of being the most ducked fighter in the roster. Guy built his resume beating washed guys and then never fighting, then gets put against a young fighter, and gets smashed.
Hoping Wonderboy gets the win. Would like to see him get one more run at the belt.
