It's about as fighting manga as him running around with a knife after his students to "warm up their bodies" or teaching the stone cold stunner as a one hit killing move that can't be used in the ring. Beyond all the weirdness it's quite sad. Sanchez is by all accounts a nice guy, but he is as thick as pigshit and the decade+ of taking shots to the head have only made it worse, and this weirdo cult combatives guy is running his life and making money off of him.
 
Sucks to see Cowboy in this state. I personally think that Cowboy's last fight should be with Nick Diaz (if he finalizes his decision to come back). If not, then I think it's best for him to retire unless he really enjoys being the old dog who gets into trouble with the young'uns.

That being said, I am waiting with bated breath for the next two cards coming up this month. UFC 262 has some bangers among bangers in my book. Chandler vs. Oliveira and Ferguson vs. Dariush sound pretty good, but if you hold striking close to your heart as much as I do, then Burgos vs. Barboza and Vannata vs. Grundy will be up your alley for sure.

Oh yeah, and Font vs. Garbrandt is coming up on May 22nd as the main event for the card after this one. Any fight with "Garbrandt" or "Font" in it is guaranteed to be a 4-ounce boxing match.

Hopefully nobody's going to get injured during camp. Hopefully...
 
Chandler vs Olive is such a hard fight to predict because those guys are both hittable, it can go either way. I think Chandler gets the belt because Olive is more hittable imo and his rather static stance/footwork hurts against a pressure fighter but who knows.

From a grappling standpoint I predict Chandler relies more on outside high single and wall wrestling this time (like Usman/DC) to avoid knee/guillotine/anaconda, and proves jujitsu isn't real if the fight goes the distance.

I hope Chandler says some funny thing if he wins, dude is an interesting character but UFC fans barely know him.

 
Barboza off to a good start. Still does that shit of dropping his hands as he circles away from the fence thought. That's the thing that got him KO'ed by Gaethje. He's always had 2 problems. The hand dropping and he hates being pressured to the fence.

Called it. UD decision for Kat. Women's MMA sucks minus 10 or so fighters. It's not like Coomkagian is skilled, she's just tall and long for the weight class and retards keep walking into her punches. Andrade, who is not a technical striker by any means figured out how to slip while going forward and finished her in one round.

Andrade has bull dyke strength that only works well at her weight class mostly. None of them beat Val or Nunes though.

Nunes isn't even that technically fantastic on the feet either. She's good but not fantastic and has the dyke strength to even it out. GDR was doing better than her on the feet which is why that fight ended up being a 5 round wrestle fuck. Shevchenko is skilled, but too small for Bantamweight.

Women's MMA is so new that I think Nunes has beaten literally every single top star in history except Carano who retired really early in her career (her last fight was her 2009 loss to Cyborg.)

I like Beneil Dariush and I'm glad he's getting close to the top, although it sucks he had to get here through Ferguson. Seems like live crowds always boo him though, no idea why.

Hope Oliveira wins the title.

He's an Iranian American in Texas I guess. Lol at him calling out Marxists and thanking Christ. I couldn't tell if he was talking shit or being genuine. Tony is done as a serious contender. He's ignored the fundamentals for "being weird" after dropping the team that got him to the position he was in as well as getting old. The skill decline is almost as sharp as Sanchez's.

Shit main event excluding the Barboza Burgos fight so far. I don't think this main event is going to make up for it. They will go for it for sure, but overall it was a shit main event.

Judging off his pre fight interview, Dariush doesn't have any charisma. he had the marxism rant, thanking Jesus, and elon musk reference and couldn't get a pop in Texas.
