The Khamzat-Jiri rumors are actual lunacy. If that's real the UFC will have reacted a new low for retarded matchmaking and long term schedule planning. If Ulberg is too busy assfucking Dan Hooker, put Ank in.

What makes it worse is that these rumors are very much a likely scenario.

Alex has pretty much confirmed that he is moving to HW and Khamzat twitter has posted "205" meaning he is moving LHW.

Alex is going to vacate the lhw title and Chimaev is going to get the shot as he is a popular fighter and they are going to have Jiri fight Khamzat as he is the only other guy other than Alex worth note in LHW.

And it's going to be the same fight as DDP, very much position chain-wrestling, very little risk taking from Chimaev, Jiri will tire out from fighting wrists, or he will try to explode and get a choke or an arm bar.

Jiri won't defend TDs because Jiri is incapable of not being aggressive, he will leave his hips wider open and Khamzat will just shoot non-stop.

And that will be it, we get to watch one of the most exciting fighters in the UFC wearing a Chechen wet blanket for 25 minutes.

Awesome.

He stuffed most of Glover's attempts in their fight. But comparing Glover Texeira to Khamzat in wrestling is comparing a Miata to a Ferrari.

I don’t know how Strickland was the underdog here. Nightmare matchup for Fluffy and it showed. Fluffy ate almost every jab thrown. Real embarrassing.

100% Sean Strickland outpaces Cumshot easily. Cumshot won’t fight this year for some reason or another, so I don’t know who he fights next. I think he should jump Imavov, but I guess we’ll see. Real fun card. Lots of really fucking brutal KOs.

Jiri is the worst matchup for Chimaev out of anyone at LHW even counting Pereira. Reminder that Chimaev used to fight at WW, so the size difference will be massive, just look at him training with Gustafsson and you'll see it. Chimaev's management is beyond retarded if the rumors are true. This is like if Petr Yan went up to fight Ilia. Everyone involved in the matchmaking should be fired, and people disagreed with me when I said I preferred Dricus as champ.
And what a log jam, RDR and Fluffy got checked, Strickland and Imavov have already fought and both Caio and Dricus would also need just one more to get a shot. Nevermind the fact Khamzat is inactive as heck.

Jiri is easily the best matchup of the elite at 205. Jiri doesn't cut weight and walks around at 210-215. Dricus, who got pancaked for 25 minutes, walks around at 235. Jiri could legit fight at 185 if he cut weight. Ulberg, Perieria, and Ank are enormous in comparison, and it's why Khamzat is begging for that fight in particular instead of literally anyone else at 205.
It's absurd that this is being entertained when Khamzat hasn't even defended the belt at 185. All this nigga did was get the belt, do nothing for a year, and leave. What a waste of everyone's time if the UFC are dumb enough to allow this farce.
