Khabib was smashing people and finishing top fighters and looked unstoppable. Like his style was the best base for MMA. Now they all just lay and pray and do nothing. DDP was arguably closer to actually finishing the fight than Chimaev. Even the crowd was booing him by the end and they were super pro Chimaev at the press conferences.

Pride rules mostly prevented this type of faggotry.

You guys are being overly pessimistic. Look at the bright side - we now have a die-hard antisemite for a champion. So what if he's a boring wrestlefucker? Hating the jew is more important than being an entertaining fighter. DJ is a fucking retard. The biggest problem with Khamzat winning wasn’t just that the fight was boring as fuck, it’s that the belt will be held hostage for at least another year before it gets defended, if not longer. Dude can’t walk outside without catching some sort of grievous illness.
