Since my original post, TMZ have release two videos/stories relating to the allegations. First shows Conor taking the alleged victim into the toilets:

Second shows them interacting/talking ~30 mins after the alleged assault.

I did try and rip just the videos and upload them separately but something's fucky and they just stop halfway through uploading.

Also holy shit someone please fucking stop Bigfoot, I really don't wanna hear about the dude dying in the cage, which he 100% will at this rate.

Time to revive my fave thread on the farms by asking
WHAT THE FUCK WAS THAT
 Whittaker v DDP .jpeg

Did anyone see this coming? Wakanda forever man, Africa you will soon have a true champion.
I'm actually still kinda shook at seeing him fold Rob like that. Imagine the fucking scenes if he beats Izzy. I'm 100% on the Dricius train but idk how to spell his weird ass name

Also Moreno v Pantoja III was fantastic. Really great fight, reminded me of how good the UFC can be. They've kinda been really fucking shit lately, but this card was great.

Also Robbie's final KO victory was beautiful man

I was just about to make a UFC thread but glad to know one already exists so I will give my UFC related thoughts as I have been watching nothing but UFC for 3 days straight.

I genuinely hate Izzy.
that whole confrontation made me cringe, "you may be african but you not my brother". come on izzy, you can do better but i expect nothing less from the same dude that said "frozen like elsa"

Robbie's storybook-esque ending is so glorious, yet the fight itself was pretty brutal
as a casual, becoming more as an intense fan, usually watching retirement fights aren't easy for me because obviously they are past their prime, half if not most of the time the veterans get knocked out which sucks but you know... the name of the game.

amazing preformance from robbie though, that whole card was stacked with first round knockouts. 290 is probably one of my favorite cards of all-time.

as much as i am an izzy fan, i'm starting to see why people don't like him. personally, i would want izzy to win but DDP isn't something i would be upset about either.

okay now for my off-topic thoughts

been following TUF 31 recently and i'm getting kinda bored of connor's team always losing. i've been following it semi regulary but i always miss it whenever it's airing on ESPN+. i'm more excitied for the chandler vs proper 12.

final thing, recently got drunk and got recommended those UFC videos where it goes over the years and it started with 1993, then i proceeded to watch until 1997. it's weird watching old UFC because half the shit they do in there wouldn't be legal now and you almost get that feeling of being a kid discovering what "naughty" TV was. seeing women and people holding up signs to "KEEP UFC LEGAL". really felt like a blast from the past. i say this mini rant to ask if anyone can recommend me some good classic UFC fights.

i'm aware of GSP, Ken Shamrock, Don Fry, Dan Servern, etc. im more looking for late 90s-early 00s

I started off as a real big izzy fan, especially when he was coming up. I thought his fight with Anderson was a really lovely passing of the torch moment.
But since then he's been downhill for me. He's crazy talented but I guess the game runs stale, you know what I mean? Wasn't until the two fights with Alex this year that he's been in anything interesting, for the first time in forever.

Never was a huge fan of his personality, but my fave fighter of all time is Wanderlei Silva and by all accounts he's a bit of a cunt too. So doesn't really matter.

You should 100% watch old Pride FC events. Most of them are on YouTube. I'd suggest starting with the Pride Middleweight GP 2003. It is one of the few times the UFC ever did a crossover with another promotion, so it'll give you a nice jumping off point into early MMA

yeah i understand what you mean. izzy was kinda the reason why I really got into UFC/MMA specifically. I never was a sports person until (lol) KSI vs Joe Weller happened and watching that whole fight kinda lit a little fire in me that I didn't know I had, then started following more YouTube boxing events, then I got into watching some actual boxing but idk boxing wasn't for me at that time. so, I got recommended videos with izzy in them because izzy makes content as well and the way he acted and his personality really peaked my interest into what he did. bought ufc 3 and 4, grinding it out and then started watching UFC knockout comps.. blah blah blah I "bought" UFC 280, was impressed with the card at the time. it was my first time watching early prelims, prelims, and the main card and i enjoyed every fucking second of it. was disappointed at 281 when izzy lost but I still was rooting for him even though r/ufc was celebrating izzy's loss.

last night made me realize how really do love MMA as a sport and almost everything about it. regardless of who's fighting, I usually try and stick around for it

edit: just read the rest of your comment, just wanna say anytime i hear silva's name. i can't stop think of this clip

when i was watching some documentaries on UFC hall of famers, I always hear 90s Pride was top tier MMA fighting, especially if you were around to see it. haven't watched them yet, but will now since I have nothing else to watch.

you're in for a treat, man. you'll see a lot of familiar names even some surprising ones people don't usually associate with pride, like anderson silva and nick diaz. you'll get to see the gracie killer, you'll see cro cop's insane kickboxing, you'll see why everyone says fedor is the greatest of all time to this day.
pride was apeshit. suplexes, stomps, soccer kicks, slams, guys fighting multiple opponents in one night. it was so good.

i wish i was older, so i could've seen it while it was happening. pride never die

eta:
watch this fight imo. it's from the middleweight gp. it was the UFC's biggest star at the time vs one of Pride's best. dana white is on commentary lol

i remember watching the one fight with nick diaz and that japanese dude who was top shit but nick sub'd him while high as shit on weed which i always thought was based as fuck. i do hear about fedor being the best but never watched him. fuck, even you just describing it makes it sound interesting as fuck

this has nothing to do with UFC or MMA (much) but wanted to share this video because i find it really funny. it's over a year old but not sure if it's just me who hasn't seen it
