Welp. Zubaira Tukhugov gone as well, although that's less surprising given he missed weight, got moved up to lightweight, and then missed weight again.
On his twitter Till claims he asked for his release. Dude was one of these "flash in the pan prospects", a result of UFC hype marketing and fortunate matchmaking arising out of the need for a British fighter who was marketable, as Bisping was on his way out. It's now become a thing where these sorts of prospects (Garbrandt, Dom Reyes, Till) get pushed to a title shot, have some sort of performance, perhaps even win. Then lose and now they are stuck fighting top opposition with an undeveloped skillset, and flame out.

Till is done. 30, can't do even the basic sprawl, always injured, quite shopworn...he's not going to come back to anything meaningful. The UFC don't even need him anymore as they have many British fighters worth caring about. Champ Edwards, contenders in Aspinall and Allen, prospects like Nathanial Wood and Lerone Murphy, and then popular but silly meme fighters who will never amount to anything in Paddy and McCann.

He'll just go to BKFC and do fine as Kumshat's personal Lobov. Jokes aside, it's actually strange he looked so bad in his last fights, he looked fine in Rob fight. Injury maybe??

I am not the foggiest, but I have a rare guess that it could be

Speaking of BKFC: https://www.bloodyelbow.com/2023/3/...s-luke-rockhold-eddie-alvarez-boxing-mma-news
Bare Knuckle Fighting Championship (BKFC) has added a pair of former UFC champions to its roster.

BKFC founder Dave Feldman revealed on The MMA Hour with Ariel Helwani on Wednesday that Luke Rockhold and Eddie Alvarez have signed with the promotion. Their debuts were also announced for BKFC 41, the upcoming pay-per-view event scheduled for April 29 at the 1STBANK Center in Broomfield, Colorado.

Rockhold will face Mike Perry at 185 pounds in the headliner, while Alvarez will meet Chad Mendez at 165 pounds in the co-headliner.
Alvarez i can sort of understand, but Rockhold, really?

Rockhold has a size advantage but fighting prime Perry in boxing is just ridiculous, they should at least allow kicks. Why is he so suicidal, people around him should stop the guy. What a glass jaw madness. Totally watch the fight though.

Same here. I'd honestly would like to see the fight happen, but I dunno if I feel bad for Rockhold.

cody finally won a fight for the first time in so long. he was still fast, but the second the other guy landed a good punch, he freezes up and spends the whole round trying to just defend himself by clinching. his chin is not existent. he's never gonna win against a high level guy again. i guess by 2020 or 219 everyone already knew though lol

That Shavkat fight was so fun. Been following him since his debut. My fave active fighter. That finish was so sick
