I have never seen an actual genuine retarded character in a video game. As a retard, I feel underrepresented.

Fallout 2 let you play as a retard, but I think that was the only game to really put the effort in.

I want to say conservative Christians that aren't evil, but a lot of RPGs have an analogue to it (especially when the god isn't evil). Ditto Jewish characters might be rare but ton of game have fantasy/scifi spin on Jews.

Maybe a complete Pyschopath hero where you actually follow how he thinks? You can play as a psychopath but never really get how it is to be with zero empathy.
