The other day I was thinking, Americans have bases in different parts of the world, but I don't think other countries have bases in America.
Why is that?

Solution
Because America leases out their bases for foreign use, lots of countries rotate troops through stationing in America mostly for training either with new American systems or for joint military exercises. Iirc during the iraq/afghanistan war most of the British drone pilots operated from the US too.
