Are any vegans pro-life?

I'm asking because pro-lifers also love to screech at people about how they're murdering things by making choices about their bodily autonomy, but there doesn't seem to be much crossover between the two groups.
some probably, but the ones shown here are usually all for the death of the unborn if not humanity itself in a misanthropic kind of way.

There's a tick that can cause you to develop an allergy to meat if it bites you. But I mean, no sane person on Earth would suggest that this reflects a biological predisposition on the human part to be vegan, so it's surely come up in some argument or other.

Ticks are the most useless parasites on the planet and no one would miss them if they were all eradicated.

I don't even think vegans would miss them. But then again, maybe a crazy group of eco-terrorists would dream about breeding lone star ticks and unleash them in public areas.

Unnatural Vegan, a vegan YouTuber who's pretty sane and rational for the most part, made this video calling out another vegan channel for diminishing the death of a baby who was fed a vegan diet. It's long but pretty interesting.

Is it just me or does the vegan couple look about a decade older than they probably are?

Something about their skin just looks like it's being stretched thin, especially around the face.

Everyone I've seen who's gone deep enough in the vegan/animal rights hole are extreme misanthropes and even anti-natalists, because they've almost always been indoctrinated into their retarded diet by being exposed to propaganda which first constructs an emotional argument for moral personhood for animals before piling on picture after picture, video after video of traumatic animal abuse, which is presented as ubiquitous and further inherent to any human use of animals, to paint the meat, dairy, poulty, pet, fishing, etc. industries, and by association their direct and indirect consumers, as genuinely genocidal. If you're a vulnerable, insecure person with no moral anchor (e.g. a nihilist teenager), being assaulted with psychological warfare straight out of the radicalization textbook is going to utterly fuck your worldview.

Religious health vegans are pro life af
Yeah, there's all kinds of weirdo vegans. I once accidentally met a bunch of super-Christian, anti-vaxxers, deodorant-will-kill-you, no sex before marriage vegans and while the topic of abortion never came up explicitly there's no doubt in my mind that they were very pro-life.

There are indeed pro-life vegans even in such a leftist orthodoxy as Punk subculture, which leads to amusing slapfights between spiritual pro-life vegans and atheist pro-choice vegans. There was a band called Vegan Reich that was avowedly pro-life per their Hardline ideology. Hardline was an ultra extreme form of straight-edge that was not only against drugs and alcohol, but required veganism along with stern celibacy before marriage. They also were against all caffeinated products.

Get these fuckin' Mormons outta my punk rock.

It wasn't just them. You also had bands within UK's Anarcho-Punk scene like Conflict and Statement who advocated similar positions. Statement was a Hardline firebrand alongside Vegan Reich who imported the concept to America's straight-edge scene. Even Cro-Mags who had no connection to Hardline were very pro-life.

A Mormon by any other name would still be as fucking lame.

I have a solution.

Humans are omnivores. Period. Vegans need to stop spreading this bullshit nonsense that humans are natural herbivores if they want to be taken seriously. There's a valid argument that we've reached a point where we don't NEED to eat meat, even though we naturally would and obviously could; this is what sane vegans argue.

The arguments I've had with vegans usually end like this. You throw all the facts you want at them. B12 is one but they don't accept it. Our digestive system is not one of a herbivore. Look at the gut of a rabbit and the gut of a cat and they are different. It's that of an omnivore and it's closest to that of a chimp. And guess what? Chimps are hunters and we've seen them in the wild eat meat. It's just that fruit is a lot easier for them to get. And herbivores will actually eat meat. A lot of them are opportunistic though meaning if it's there, they'll go for it. I've seen horses eat birds and mice. I've seen cows eat birds. I've seen a squirrel eat a baby bird and it was literally growling as it was doing so.

And yes, we're at a point in society that we don't have to eat meat. But this insulting to anybody who doesn't have the resources we have. Quinoa is a great little thing packed with protein and good stuff. To the people of South America this was their staple crop for the past 5000 years. This is what they ate a lot of because it was cheap and available. We hear of this and suddenly everybody is enjoying it. Problem is the ones that actually needed it, the poor folk of South America who grew it, can no longer afford it because the demand has driven up the price. And so they've needed to turn to other sources like pasta and potatoes and guess what? They're starting to get fat. Do you think the vegans who are proclaiming this to be the next soybean and will wipe out world hunger care about the poor people in South America? Fuck no. So long as no animals are hurt in the process, they don't care.

Vegans need to get their heads out of their collective asses and understand they're not actually doing anybody any good with this.
