That looks like about 10 to 15 empty boxes of Lego™ Friends™ Trademarked™ Brand™ sets.

ClraHTo.jpg

Oh jesus christ you are right. Thats probably at least $450 spent by OPL on just those.

That probably explain why the Sonichu figures look all dirty, from Chris playing with the burnt Lego then playing with Sonichu and friend without cleaning his hands off. Also the first two picture look like they came from inside the hoard itself.
Yeah, people in another thread tried to confirm that the first two are from the original hoard itself and they've come to a 99% conclusion that they are

SMFH, I understand this is standard hoarder tendency, but salvaging items that are not only burnt but as a result very unsanitary (not that the Chandlers were ever sanitary) is not the best idea. I know hoarders don't want to let go and make excuses like "it's still good, it's just burnt/warped/charred a little/etc..." but... damn.

It should be noted that in a few pictures you can clearly see roughly 10 neatly folded MLP Lego set boxes. I believe someone mentioned that each of those boxes was roughly $40-50. And he has 10.

Does Chris save all of the boxes for his Lego sets? I mean, I can maybe see the point in that if you're a hardcore collector, but that's definitely going to take up space. Especially if he isn't taking them apart and putting them back in the boxes when he's done with them. Hell, when I was a kid my parents used to just throw out the boxes and put all the Legos in a little plastic baggie. Then again, Chris seems to be following in Barb's footsteps...

Don't let the survival of PixelBlock Chris in the upper left corner distract you from the Batman™ branded Lego™ in the lower left corner.

From the Hasbro Product page:

Optimus Prime

Manufacturer:Hasbro Toys

So he got it recently, after the fire, and likely spent > 10% of his tugboat (or the credit equivalent) on it.

If those damn '99 MHS seniors had just requested a pool as their gift, Chris would have had plenty of water on hand to save that plastic eyesore.

Retroactive good job there '99 MHS seniors on getting those park benches instead.

What wasn't totally fucking ruined was reincorperated into MHS V2.0, and I know I saw some pretty burnt shit in there. Including totally warped doors in what I guess was the science classroom for no reason.

Of course it doesn't matter, because he's clearly saving ALL OF IT. All the unusable stuff? Goes into that box next to the neatly folded Friends boxes. He really is becoming like Barb in how he can't just throw anything out.

Ok I know shit about Lego.

What kind of dollar value are we talking here?

Based on the one box he has where he's apparently showing off the kit, the memoirs of his High School Prom, and his brand new copy of Equestria Girls (which for some god awful reason takes place in a high school that he might be using as a template), he uses multiple Heartlake High kits.
Heartlake_High_Box.jpg

MSRP...$50 + tax.
http://shop.lego.com/en-US/Heartlake-High-41005

There's easily ten or so of these in MHS, then factoring in the ones still "useable" after the fire, thats $500+ just for his fucking dreamhouse school.

Oh, and then we can factor in the Simpsons house (since Lisa's head clearly was used for the Sandy figurine, and outside of the blindbags she only comes in the house, and then what look like MHS Lunchroom condiment dispensers are taken wholesale from the Simpsons house's garage) which is $200 all by itself
http://shop.lego.com/en-US/The-Simpsons-House-71006?fromListing=listing

So, that, just for the base cornerstones of MHS and motherfucking Sandy along with a shit ton of donor bricks, comes out to a total of over $700. And we know he's got many, many, many more large kits (I.E. Batvehicle from the violin pics, there's what looks like a Soundwave brick tapedeck which has to have come from some Kre-O set), that's already a thousand goddamn dollars and we haven't even gotten to what went into the guts of MHS, which is easily hundreds if not thousands more by this point.

It would be impressive if, y'know, Fatty didn't have entire days he could devote to this monstrosity and bought shit other than toys. Really, it's like all the fire has done is inspire him to try and rebuild his own hoard, but because he's impatient he needs to do it much faster than the 10+ years he had after moving into 14BC, and that's just to reclaim what he had. This isn't including the new stuff he wants, I.E. MLP shit.

EDIT: Motherfucker is that the Batcave in the second picture in Atard's post? On top of the Architecture series White House?

Yes, that is the $70 Batcave, or the main part of it, and that is the $50 White House! Those aren't even part of his fantasy world, they're just there! Holy shit he's burning so much money on Legos he doesn't even actively play with...

This is fucking brilliant. Jesus. An Optimus Prime 30th Anniversary Set says that Chris has spent well over $3,000 since the fire on Lego alone. Just Lego. This doesn't include the grand or so on video game stuff. Cuz, you know; his mom totally needs it and he was ONLY going to spend 250 from the Sonichu drawing's 1k non-profit on Lego (the rest to debt). How is he getting the money right now? Chris has already said Barb's holding the money right now in his Facebook rants earlier in Feb. It's gotta be the credit cards. It has to be. Which means Chris now has an additional 3k+ in credit card debt. I would buy that stupid fucking picture for 1k just to get a hold of all of Chris's credit card records. I really would.

It's been said before, but for many, having their house burned down would typically be a reality check. It'd be a time to really weigh what is important in life, concentrate on that and rebuild from the wreckage.

Chris takes that "rebuild" sentiment to mean buy more Legos to rebuild his deluded high school fantasy. Glad to see all that money going to a good use.

One of these days chris is going to receive one heck of a credit card bill. And I dont think the measly amount that they will get from insurance/donations is going to cover his lego themed spending spree. Reality is a bitch, and soon its gonna hit chrissy hard.

Yeah for sure. These are only a couple of boxes with Item #s that can be made out (you can see 3 or 4 other empty boxes with them), and which happen to be in the corner of his photos of other shit. Whatever number we come up with is likely to be conservative by a magnitude of 10, at least.

I was just looking by what boxes I could see. The boxes all seem to be in fairly good shape, which suggests they were purchased recently (a cardboard box could survive a fire/water/etc... but probably not a dozen of them). So this is shit that we can guess he just bought recently.

My autistic dude could support a pretty raging heroin habit on how much he's blowing on Legos and other toys.

Okay, how much money does Chris get out of the government through the tugboat? Because I'm trying to run even vague numbers and I'm not even sure how an infinite number of credit cards can support how much shit Chris has bought in half a year alone. We haven't even touched living expenses yet, which naturally boils down to three fast food trips a day but that's still not a small number in the end.

Interesting, I was trying to figure out the Lego (Disney?) set in the upper left and missed what's in the upper right:

dz6HBAe.jpg

The eBay Sonichu & Rosechu drawing! It appears there's another Hand-Drawn Original underneath it? Dated today but clearly pre-frame, unless he made MULTIPLES OF THESE (and I have zero belief that Chris could draw the same thing twice with any accuracy at all, so yeah, it's the eBay picture pre-frame).

We can now imagine Chris stress sighing, thinking of all the Legos he has yet to buy, then looking at the picture, then back at the Legos, then back at the picture (repeat 10,000 times over a few weeks) and finally making the connection.

fff the image of him throwing this thing into a pool.

A lot of those objects look as if they were built out of fondant.

I can already imagine the smell of those sooty Legos. Having experienced a house fire myself, the smell of smoke clings to everything. Chris probably isn't bothered by it because either he's so used to the fumes inside 14 blc or he's too attached to his Lego high school despite the parts now being useless.
