End of service notice for the online component of METAL GEAR SOLID V: THE PHANTOM PAIN in Russia and Belarus.

The Snake vs Fortune fight from the trailers (and a single flashback in the final game) has been restored. Apparently the data for the Harrier fight on the Verazzano bridge exists in the source code too and is in the process of being fixed.

Is there anywhere posting updates about this sort of thing?
Most of it's on Twitter or Discord. SolidSnake11 (The guy who made the vid about the tanker sinking effect and the Fortune fight) has been posting whatever progress made to his Youtube, so I'd keep an eye on that for anything finished.

Holy shit even Japan has poo niggers in their country. Fucking Indian menace needs to be wiped out.
If it wasn't for the Amerinigger occupation (still ongoing btw), none of them would even be there, quote me. Forced multi-culturalism (imported ethnic conflict) is the main export of Americanda, since we don't actually make anything anymore. Our AIPAC babysat puppets have said as much openly... you cannot and do not hate the Epstein tribe enough.

All except of course - for Israel. Iudea Delenda Est. The Patriots got nothing on the kikes.

You bring up Israel but incidentally Israel backed Serbia during that war and in general. There's lots of classified Israeli documents that likely show arms supplies to Serbia and whatnot.

Video uploaded yesterday going over all the up-to-date fix mods for MGS3 on Steam

I don't know whether it's a testament to what KojiPro/Konami were able to do back on the PS2 or a condemnation of how bad Bluepoint fucked things up when making the PS3/360 HD ports but jesus it really puts into perspective just how broken these ports really are.

iirc wasn't a lot of the physics shit like the rain running off stuff actually in the PS2's processor with the "Emotion Engine" stuff?
There were a lot of tricks like that used in the PS2 era that makes emulating games from that generation a bitch. Up until a few years ago most PS2 emulators couldn't run games like the Metal Gear titles at a decent framerate, or with some graphical problems. My favorite bug that still persists on PCSX2 is once Ocelot gets possessed by Liquid, he starts wearing blackface.

I never had a problem with them, at least the 360 version. Plus, I am glad they ported over Peace Walker so that I don't have to fire up a PSP emulator for it.
The only problem I really have is lack of the minigames the ps2 versions had and the blood in the tanker chapter of MGS2.

Gonna um akshully you on this one. What version of PCSX2 are you using? I'm using the version in the Debian repos (2.6.3) and the scene works just fine, even on HW rendering, Blending Accuracy is set to "high" here:

(Sorry I couldn't match your exact screenshot, I forgot which part of the cutscene it was)

Haven't tried playing it on PCSX2 in a while so I assumed it was still an issue. They probably have fixed it now, PCSX2 has come a long way in recent years.
blood in the tanker chapter of MGS2.
To be fair, the blood was censored in every version of MGS2 after the initial US release. No other version had the same level of violence, which makes me think they unintentionally included it in that initial release, when it was always meant to be censored (probably after 9/11?).

For me the most interesting thing that was censored before release is that Vamp was going to cut off the Navy Captain's hand.

MGSHDFix was updated yesterday. Among several other things (effect fixes, optimizations, etc etc), MGS2 now has a functional Subsistence-style camera option. There also now is a way to setup a functional First-Person mode. This is all thanks to the source code leak.
I feel sorry for the poor bastard who went to all the effort of modding a third person cam into the old PC port only for us to discover Bluepoint had made a third person camera the whole time and was seemingly 90% of the way done with it (aside from the HF Blade conflicting with its controls, given they're both on the right stick).
EDIT: Watching that video, holy crap the First Person view actually looks kinda fun. A bit disorienting for sure but if you turned the radar off you could probably get a really tense experience.
