More importantly, nobody talks about how fucked Paz and Chico's relationship is in GZ. While yes, Chico had a boyish crush on her when he thought she was closer to his age, and they were in a difficult situation in Camp Omega, Paz reciprocates Chico's feelings in the tapes later on. So you have a 20 something year old coming onto a boy no older than 13. Genius Kojumbo.

Chaos Theory is one of my favorite games of all time.

Splinter Cell is too deep for anyone complaining about Kojima, plus that game actually requires skill so they would just complain about something else.
 
Late, but it just occurred to me that Arsenal Gear's Rectum being a hatch skimming the surface doesn't really make sense when Ocelot mentions that Arsenal is on "an emergency ascent course"

I'm a fan of the "Raiden is hallucinating/we don't know what's real and what isn't" theory myself. Does Arsenal actually have a naming scheme after the digestive system, or is Raiden just imagining it? The names do start flipping out if you keep going between the Stomach and the Jejunum. And it would explain why the Ascending Colon and Ileum are backward (he's a glowie, not a doctor).

my major issue with the cutscenes in 2 was they sometimes trigger with no real hint they were imminent, like heading into Boss Fight Room? yeah I'm expecting to sit around for a minute for a philosophy debate or three, but then it's I'm just walking down a hallway and figuring if I want to save and pause and piss or just pause and piss and - OH WAIT JUST STAY HERE FOR A WHILE AND YOU CANT PAUSE THE MOVIE

I think Splinter Cell is a better stealth series, but MGS has better characters and settings.
