The very end (1:21) looks like it teases a new MGO.
So Konami's doing some Nintendo Direct type thing right now and they just elaborated on what the multiplayer component of Delta is. It is not MGO, it's some new thing called "FOX Hunt" which specifically is called a "hide and go seek" thing. They said that 'the landscape of multiplayer games has changed a lot since the last MGO and they want to make something unique that isn't just a shootout.'
(It's right at the start)

In better news though, they're bringing back Secret Theater with new scenes.

The only game aside from RE9 I'm looking forward to in years.

And I see they're remaking Silent Hill now. More niggercattle tourist slop.

Retarded, as a "Shootout" is about the only thing I would have an interest in the multiplayer for... sounds copey. They could literally do a Chaos Theory-style Spies vs. Mercs mode, but that would be too much work. Gonna be honest and say I'm probably gonna pirate it. You aren't getting me to pay 70+ bucks for an 8 hour experience, especially when Metroid Prime Remaster gave you a 20 hour experience for 40 bucks with a similar facelift. Sure MGS3 is more replayable than Prime, but I also know that supporting the brand new pricing scheme the kike'd out industry seems hell bent on forcing doesn't sit right with me.

the story of 5 is so incredible retarded that im glad konami kicked kojima out. a competent writer could have managed to pull that twist but not kojima

So in other words, if you missed out on MGO & MGO2 you can get fucked, we're doing something else now(probably trying to ape the current trends, knowing what they did with Survive they will probably try to turn FOX Hunt into an extraction shooter or a battle royale).
One less reason to play this when I have either the originals or the HD remaster for the 360 available.

Ahh silliness, and silliness often referenced in the codecs was something severely lacking with MGSV (including the codecs themselves). The edge was so strong any silliness that was there just felt forced and out of place.

I hate to say it but I might buy it in spite of that price tag (no way I'm preordering though). The desire to geargasm in current gen is just too strong. I really liked going through MGS3 and checking every nook and cranny for all the weapons and items. I just want to choke-slam Soviet dogs while brandishing the sexiest 1911 around.

Gonna cringe mightily at that one D.E.I. line from Sigint talking about not getting work just cause he's a nigger. 60s wank Kojima popping up to say, "We don't want niggers in Japan, but we'll pontificate to you Gaijin to accept vastly disproportionate crime rates and sub-coco the gorilla behavior. Did you Rike it??"

Since Konami is still being tight-lipped about the game for some reason only a couple weeks out from launch, here's a guy talking about playing it at a very recent event.
