In all honesty, though. The scene with the Boss making Volgin piss his little thunderpanties never sat well with me because it's so out of character for Volgin. This is a dude who is a champion boxer, champion massacrist, and actual human titan... with lightning powers to boot. Not to mention he's got the most powerful secret syndicate in the world backing him. Dude sees himself as practically untouchable, which is how he's able to pull off all these crazy human rights abuses in the first place. Even Snake CQC-ing him feels a bit out of line. In a game where there are ghost psychics and bee whisperers, that scene just takes me out instantly. There were probably better ways to show that The Boss is a badass.

but fuck it this is a series where Big Boss is able to lift a 550-ton walking nuke. So I say, as always, that it's better to just sit back and oogle Snake's well developed booty cheeks.

For the most part I have. I have no interest in any of his shit outside Metal Gear Solid. I'll never play Death Stranding, I'll definitely never play OD.

But I'll never stop laughing and pointing out how retarded his fanboys are. Especially while they praise the worst parts of MGS as being the best.

I dislike them more than Kojima himself tbh

I sometimes wonder what peoples "moment" for Metal Gear Solid is in regards to just stupid shit going too far. I kind of think mine is MGS4, but I also think if I hadn't played MGS3 when I was 14 I'd probably think it was MGS3.

Skeptics complain about how politics are ruining fictional works, but then turn around and praise Watchmen, X-Men, Metal Gear, Call of Duty, GTA, etc. for adding politics.
 
It's not so closeted when he rather blatantly wants any excuse to get Norman Reedus buck naked so he can "accurately model" his nudity into the game. And he seems set on doing it again for the next game too.

Every day I become more thankful and consider it a blessing that Kojima got shitcanned by Konami and that Metal Gear is practically dead.

Can you imagine if he was still around and we had that greasy fuck Norman Reedus playing Solid Snake in the inevitable Kojima approved reboot?

Konami is a big company and they won't let go with their franchises that should've stayed dead, just like any big name company in the modern era. They're necromancers who are willing to keep the same sing-and-dance number going until the milk is dry
