Yea, you know I could see that. I could even see Roland Emmerich directing a MGS movie. Both Bay and Emmerich have respectively different, yet stupidly genius directing styles

I bet since they're not upscaling, it means they're not going to fix the out of sync music with the Snake Eater intro either...

1 and 2, yes.

Not MGS3, though. Which is the only one I'm looking forward to.
They ought to let you download the games separately, so you don't just have multiple copies of the same game on your PC.

But that would just be a little too convenient, wouldn't it?

PCSX2 is perfectly fine. I use it.

But emulating consoles usually comes with a drop in performance corresponding to how recent the console is. Good luck emulating anything later than a PS2 if you're running anything less than a GeForce RTX 4070.

Porting the game directly to the PC removes this middleman so that the computer doesn't have to go through the trouble of emulating a virtual machine, then running something inside it.

As long as you never bitched and moaned about Konami being pieces of shit or whatever over Pachinko and Kojima and MGSurvive, it's fine I guess.
