I've said it before, but you'll find a surprising amount of the "brrrotherrrrr" beats and sketchy science from MGS1 if you re-watch Twins (198Chris Pratt or Danny DeVito as Solid Snake
Make him play Psycho Mantis, the corpse of Decoy Octopus and Kenneth Baker just to give the audience the authentic "I'm sure this will be explained at some point..." experience.I don't know who or how or any other descriptor; but something in me wants Nick Cage to be in a MGS movie. His brand of autism just works with the crazy shit Kojima writes into his characters. Making him some sort of officer/leader of some para-military/terrorism cell could be fun.
Still way better than Zoolander 2
If you landed nic cage, you'd want him in all the movies, so... Revolver Ocelot?I don't know who or how or any other descriptor; but something in me wants Nick Cage to be in a MGS movie. Not disagreeing, just find Ocelot a different kind of weird. Though the Ocelot during any torture scene is a definite fit.If you landed nic cage, you'd want him in all the movies, so... Revolver Ocelot?
Nic Cage seems like he has more of a level of uncertainty when he does all-out weirdness; really good at people who are trying desperately to figure out what's going on (while at the same time going crazy). I want an Ocelot who's 100% confident in everything he does, even making it up on the spur of the moment, one who has never looked back on any of his decisions. Not disagreeing, just find Ocelot a different kind of weird. I'm just imagining him yelling "BROOOOTHER!" with that wide-eyed, manic grin nobody else can pull off and it looks like half the people watching are scared out of their minds at this psycho with a split personality.Nic Cage seems like he has more of a level of uncertainty when he does all-out weirdness; really good at people who are trying desperately to figure out what's going on (while at the same time going crazy). Then again, Nic Cage would do a stellar job at wearing a fake moustache and yelling at his own arm. You really can't go wrong either way.
These two come free with your purchase of Wes Anderson.I suggest eitherMichael Douglas, Christian Bale, Wilhem Dafoe,Brad Pittor Edward Norton as Solid Snake.
Dafoe as Skull Face, and do him right this time please. These two come free with your purchase of Wes Anderson.
Willem Dafoe is way too old for Snavid but, much like Nic Cage, he'd be great for something malevolent and scene-stealing. Give the guy a stylized uniform and yell "act harder, go ahead and eat that scenery."

His son, Scott Eastwood, might be able to play younger Snake but that's going by physical appearance alone. I'm not super familiar with his acting skills. I'm sure he'd be up for the physical toll, though.Fuck it. Clint Eastwood as older Solid Snake. Not even memeing here
If we're going that route, Tom Hanks has three options. Obviously the perfect copy would be Colin "Solidus" Hanks. His son, Scott Eastwood, might be able to play younger Snake but that's going by physical appearance alone.
