Generated avatars should follow the seasonal spooky mandate.

Two ideas how to do this:

1. Apply random spooky effect to each avatar, like a ghost or blood or spiderweb. This forces all avatars to match the theme.
2. Multiple word lists. Have a spooky adjective list and a spooky noun list. Identities assigned in October must contain at least one word from from at least one spooky list. The resulting avatar will probably be vaguely Halloween, but it could fail if you roll like "Chicken Bones".
