Those were golden days. It wasn't just strategy either, there was a real famous one of GTA San Andreas. It's all gone now, because of YouTube. Million unfunny faggots all sitting around making jokes and shrieking like children. Pewdiepie started that plague. Little Jimmy can't be bothered to write or read now, has to be in video format full of dumb memes. The world's going to hell in a handbasket.
 
People still make good AARs for tabletop games every once in a while. They're all on blogspot or wordpress because boomers lol.
 
I think I replayed to you about this before but people still write AAR for strategy games. Paradox has a subforum for that.
For non strategy games I think text "Let's plays" fits more and I haven't encounter this outside of somethingawful forum. You might want to start something like that here but I doubt the popularity. Might be fun for users if you would add interactivity.
