I have all my practical gun needs set, I just buy new guns because they’re cool.

My most used gun is actually my 10/22. Squirrels try to dig up my girlfriend’s plants so I have enacted a policy of Total Nutter Death.

.22s, especially the 10/22, are just good fun. We have chickens and I have had to pop critters link mink and skunks who have made their way into the coop, so part of the reason I got a rimfire can was to keep the noise down if I have to pop another critter threatening our chickens. I've got a few boxes of CCi Quiet-22 subsonic cartridges with 40gr segmented hollow point bullets specifically for pest control, since they are designed to not only be super quiet (710fps), but still have good terminal effects on small animals. They can be kinda hard to find sometimes as there is only one or two shops near me who have them in stock regularly. Normally the only CCi Quiet-22s the other shops carry are the target models without the segmented hollow points.

"mp5 we have at home"

Not sure how anybody can hate on PCCs when this exists :smug: :smug: :smug:

I got the TX22 bundle today. So far I'm less than enthused with the included RFX11. It's the one with no buttons and is auto-wake/auto-sleep with auto-brightness. Except it doesn't like to wake up and will turn off while I'm holding it and trying to adjust it to match the laser boresight. I e-mailed Veridian to see if they're all like this or if mine is particularly picky.

Also just ordered the ODD MFG FRT + rate reducer bundle. FRT for now, rate reducer for a can later.

(Figured this would be the best place to post this to get the word out)
Dugan Ashley (or now Jordan Derrick) known as the host and major figure of CarniK Con, was arrested on May 12th under multiple charges pertaining to manufacturing and sharing knowledge of how to manufacture explosives.

Sad to see, although I'm not too surprised that they wanted to take him down, due to his Youtube channel where he shared a lot of energetics knowledge and perhaps due to, what some might consider, "unacceptable" view points.

Came here to post this but was too slow. I've been a subscriber to, I think, all of his stuff since he returned to the internet and this is sad but honestly was pretty predictable. To me it was a toss-up, we were eventually going to get this news or news that he died in an explosion in his shack.

Pro Tip: If you're gonna be doing super secret squirrel cool guy stuff, you should probably hold off on large, easily identifiable tattoos such as arm sleaves and on the neck.

Those men would be offended by this statement if they could read.

i special order 22 online because the only shit worth shooting is CCI and nobody ever has it in stock at reasonable prices. winchester and remington 22 is no better than the jars of magtech 22 covered in dirty grease that you can get for 5 cents per round and the last ~3 boxes of high end shit in the jewel casing that cost over 10 cents per round had 3 duds in them per box of 100. I usually expect like.. one out of 300 rounds with CCI. It's fucking absurd. And the remington stuff is just as bad for reliability AND it's crimped so poorly that you can spin the bullets around in the casing, which means it will jam up my kel tec

the 22lr i bought last week got refunded and the only thing they have in stores is the aforementioned dogshit ammo i refuse to buy, i think the 22 market is kind of thin right now

how do you think guns are shipped to gunstores? Fedex, UPS and USPS.

they've been stealing guns for decades. it hasn't stopped it and it wont stop it now.
For some reason thelose deliveries seem safer since they're literally delivering to a location with a bunch of armed people who are looking for suspicious activity all day long. I feel like it would feel a lot safer to target one of these delivery vehicles in a residential neighborhood.

You're right though, I guess it's not a big deal.
