i've been toying around with a P-1 on an Glock 23 MOS for a little while and it seems to work fine through a combination of drills, duty holster/duty belt day to day carry, and dumb things like "responding to B&E on tricycle" where it's constantly being knocked on something. battery life is meh.
the Noblex has been around for a while and in my experience works fairly well, but isn't really NV friendly and has limited adjustment - if you can't zero it on your specific pistol, then use a different optic. battery life is on par with Aimpoints, and some would prefer a smaller dot than 3.5 MOA. using it as a backup sight on a rifle is pretty solid, it was among the first ones to be available for that purpose.
