The Army now has official rappers among its ranks with a mission to turn the service cool ... finally.

Staff Sgts. Lamar Riddick and Nicholas Feemster were selected as the first two vocalists with the U.S. Army Field Band to serve as full-time rappers.

The pair debuted its lyrical prowess for the service in August during the Royal Edinburgh Military Tattoo — an annual gathering of international military bands.

During a difficult recruiting season last year, career opportunities like this have this opened new doors for soldiers with unique talents.
Riddick and Feemster auditioned to serve in this capacity with the band in 2021 before completing basic training at Fort Sill, Oklahoma, according to Coffee or Die Magazine.

“I think it was on time,” Riddick recently told Fox Carolina. “I think that the Army is always trying to diversify its efforts and to be transparent and reflect how society looks. And I think that’s very important.”

Both members of the talented duo had separately pursued careers in music and released their own digital albums, Coffee or Die Magazine noted.

It's hilarious to me that their mission is to boost interest amongst kids in their teens and early twenties, and they have access to the finest killing machines in the world and can sell adventure and honor and paychecks and glory. But the Army's modern braintrust instead decides to focus recruitment on diversity efforts and rappers and egirls.

I'm aware of the neutering and subversion of the military, and that they have no genuine interest in fighting effectiveness at this point. But still, come on.
 
Are they really that desperate to get zoomer idiots to join the military? First twitch thot recruiters and now j-roc tier rappers?

Whats next? Breakdancing generals? Lootboxes in that americas army game with a chance to randomly drop a draft notice on the player instead of good loot? Handing out free donuts and shit like they did with the covid shots? Maybe just saying fuck it and buying hookers for anybody who enlists during bootcamp? Maybe combine the twitch thot plan with the hookers and just pay for a few famous thots like amouranth and pokimane and assign one to each barracks to get railed by the whole company at will while they're in boot?

Just one more reason am glad to be long retired from active duty. Generals Patton, MacArthur, Bradley, Eisenhower, and a host of others are turning in their graves at 500 rpm.

Really just more evidence that the left does not live in reality. While other countries are fortifying their infrastructure and military we are cutting off troon dicks and hiring squad rappers.

I really feel like a lot of the decisions being made rise to the level of treason as many of those decision makers are in some way benefiting from foreign interests.
