This game recently exploded on steam, supposedly hitting over 10,000,000 sales in less than a month. It's basically hide and seek with the added mechanic that you can paint yourself to blend in with the stuff around you. And now it has a Kiwi Farms thread.

Store page: https://store.steampowered.com/app/4704690/MECCHA_CHAMELEON/

Store description: "Paint yourself to blend in! "Meccha Chameleon" is a new-sensation hide-and-seek game where you paint your white body to mimic the stage. Spot, pose, and "artistic skill" are keys to survival. Deceive Seekers with techniques that put chameleons to shame! Supports public matches and streaming."

Personally, I am not a fan of the update that added changing your body size/type, because it's very easily to accidentally pick the wrong one if you're moving around when the popup shows up, and you can't change it back afterwards.

New update added limits on ammo. Haven't played since so I'm not sure how it affects things.

These gimmick games always make me think why doesn't someone just make the next GMOD considering CSGO community servers don't exist anymore and GMOD is 22 years old.
I thought S&Box was supposed to be that but then it got dropped like a hot turd because I'm not really sure why actually

Question is whether it will lose popularity because a better game comes out, or because 90% of the player base just sticks to what popular youtubers do and it just becomes a checklist of known retard spots.
If Lethal Company, Content Warning and PEAK are anything to go by it will lose most of its players and but keep a smaller hardcore following.
