E3 sucked by the end but it's complete ass we need to watch 50 different streams to get an idea of what's coming out.
 
Most gaming news sites are shit. Either going full woke, selling out, or trying to be based but crossing over into cringe to "own the libs".

Monaco 2 is pretty neat, I remember having some fun times with co-op in the first one. Man, did it really come out 10 years ago? Time flies.
 
Since YouTube links don't work on Tor, I'll just list some of the recent games worth noting.

Space Marine 2 is looking good. Hope they don't fuck it up.
Rogue Trader also seems interesting. I'm a sucker for modern Xcom and always looking for something like it.

Helldivers 2 looking interesting. I liked the first one, but don't know how the switch to over the shoulder instead of top down will effect the friendly fire focused gameplay.

Alan Wake 2 has been getting a mixed reception. The trailer focuses on some black female cop. The concern is that they'll do what Last of Us 2 and Star Wars did. Shit all over the lead to be replaced with a more diverse mary sue.
 
Bungie absolutely refuses to make singleplayer anything anymore. I didn't see it announced through watching any of these streams as I did not but a passing ad on TV. Seeing Marathon revived piqued my interest until I realized it was a minute long+ render with nothing regarding what any of this has to do with the actual game. Watching Bungie devs try to explain what is is took the wind out of it's sails. They have nothing yet and want to make it some online pvp / pve game that seems to have essentially nothing to do with the original series.

What were you looking at in particular? Because I want to believe as well.

The original was overhyped as fuck and the ending was a total copout for a sequel that only now 13 years later is finally coming out
