You could look around for hacked/leaked minecraft accounts, some accounts also exist as so-called community a accounts that anyone can use. The only catch is that you can't log in to the same server while somebody is using that account. That shouldn't be an issue for you considering that this server likely won't get as popular as something like Hypixel.
