Sorry, I don't have any special access to Milo. I first contacted him after he announced his initial Nyberg article and proved that I am who I say I am. My only interactions with the guy have been to supply him with info, fact-check/give notes on his Nyberg articles (including a 4th piece that never got published that refuted Sarah's "teenage edgelord" defense), and participate in his stream about Nyberg that also included @le0pirat3 and @Sunosis.

Anyway, Milo's got a whole team working under him that watches out for stories like this. If that Daily Beast piece is legit, I'm sure he'll cover it at some point.

It's quite legit. In fact, I wouldn't be surprised if the meme that's been going around about saying that she volunteered for the case was deliberately made to bullshit the story. The Clintons are very good at taking advantage of the unsubstantiated allegations against them like the "black bastard" story and the Vince Foster conspiracy. By the time real stories of them doing atrocious shit come about, their opponents have preemptively been poisoned. Not to mention that the Daily Beast is an incredibly left-wing publication. I can't imagine them running a story this unflattering about Clinton unless it had teeth.

Milo should also look into bringing up the Ricky Ray Rector case again as a "fuck you" to the Clintons. Rector was guilty as hell, but he still lobotomized himself in a suicide attempt before his arrest. He was so out of touch with reality, he saved the pecan pie dessert in his last meal "for later" and thought the doctors performing his lethal injection were trying to heal him. For all intents and purposes, the Cop-Killer Rector already died in '81. He should've been sent to whatever the criminal equivalent of a nursing home is, and instead was executed in '92 as a means of Clinton looking tough on crime. The BLM crowd shouldn't be flogged in public for aligning with Hillbot as their candidate.

It's a helluvan uphill battle, but one I find quite worth fighting.

Perhaps it's a pointless effort but I should remind you that these kinds of remarks and the comic you posted don't really sway my opinion. You're telling me that I'm dumb, or that I'm a sheep, and you're accusing the person that I support of being a mindless idiot and a racist when I know that's not true. If you try to lie to convince me of something it's just going to embolden my position by giving me evidence that the people I am opposed to are liars. I was a registered democrat until a month ago and I voted for Obama in 2012, so there is something propelling me to change my mind.


I'm actually kind of happy that Clinton's numbers are going up. I was afraid, especially when Trump was above her on those polls, that Clinton would be so mangled by the joint forces of the FBI indictments and Trump's campaigning that she would drop out and nominate Senator Sanders in her stead, which is someone I do not think Trump can beat. In that situation, it would be over. People just see Bernie as the nice old candy man and Trump's traditional rhetoric would only make him look bad up against someone like that.

However, now that Clinton has a sizable lead in these polls, the party will be emboldened and confident. She won't drop out even if she's pending federal indictments, no matter how low her polls go, because they'll assume she can pull a rabbit out of the hat. This gives Trump room to communicate with the Russians regarding her emails and literal months to assemble a montage of things she's said when she thinks she's in private.

They're in one on one mode, Trump has documents that can slay her, and if she's forced to drop out because of criminal charges her replacement might not gain enough traction.

The Indictment™ isn't happening fam, The FBI can only recommend to indict and there is a very high probability that the Justice Department will just go "meh" and pass it over.

But don't worry I'm sure that The Indictment™ will happen and Hillary Clinton will be struck down by Trump's wall and she will personally hanged in front of the Lincoln Memorial by Milo Youpalopenis and Ann Coulter right after they announce their wedding/release of Half Life 3.

These are not pro-Trump entities, especially not Snowden. The sheer glee you have in announcing that your candidate is above the Law of the United States (laws that she helped pass) is frighteningly insightful.

And all of that is dependent on an Obama controlled government to act on it.

Relevant law is found in several statutes. To begin with, 18 USC, Section 798 provides in salient part: “Whoever knowingly and willfully … [discloses] or uses in any manner prejudicial to the safety and interest of the United States [certain categories of classified information] … shall be fined … or imprisoned.”

The most important words in this statute are the ones I have italicized. To violate this statute, Secretary Clinton would have had to know that she was dealing with classified information, and either that she was disclosing it to people who could not be trusted to protect the interests of the United States or that she was handling it in a way (e.g. by not keeping it adequately secure) that was at least arguably prejudicial to the safety or interest of the United States.

The statute also provides a definition of what constitutes classified information within the meaning of the subsection described above: “[C]lassified information, means information which, at the time of a violationof this section, is specifically designated by a United States Government Agency for … restricted dissemination.”

Again, the most important words are the ones I have italicized. First, they indicate that the material must have been classified at the time of disclosure. Post hoc classification, which seems to characterize most of the classified material found on Clinton’s server, cannot support an indictment under this section. Let's stop kidding ourselves.

This has nothing to do with the law. It's entirely about cynical realpolitik from the DNC and the Obama Administration. They've made a deal with a she-devil, and she has so much money and power that all sides just find it easier to let her have her way. Especially since everyone knows she can be bought at any time anyway.

So lets clear up an issue right off the bat: you're focusing on the wrong law. You mention two, there are three.

The 2009 Federal Records Act prohibits agents from handling classified information on a device that is not permitted by the responsible intelligence agencies.
Hillary Clinton has repeatedly claimed that what she did was permitted by the state department but the state department vehemently denies that this is true. Report after report from the FBI's investigation of this matter have turned up no evidence what so ever that this was talked about.

Even MSNBC acknowledges that she is "straight out lying" about this.

If she goes in front of Congress and tells the same lie, she will be indicted for perjury as her husband was. I would suggest looking at who she picks as her VP, because that will be the president a few months into 2017 if she wins.

The other big issue is her deletion of emails. After the investigation began into her handling of classified documents, she expunged 33,000 emails from her server before it was demanded that its contents be reviewed and released by the courts. Those documents are still missing, but Russian hackers claim that they have them and that they will release them.

Bill Johnson, a military spec ops adviser, claims that their operations in the Philippines were being sabotaged as if they were "one step ahead". After his team began excluding Clinton in their emails, they began to work again. This is hearsay by the adviser, but it's worth considering.

Even if I were to yield that Trump is XYZ or unable to get his plans through a stubborn deadlocked congress, even if I yielded that Hillary violated no letter of the law, her mannerisms and practices in dealing with confidential information are worrying to say the least. I don't know how much you trust Clinton Cash, which you've no doubt heard of, but it seems pretty obvious that Clinton makes friendly deals with our enemies to secure personal wealth. She's received close to $50,000,000 in donations from countries like Saudi Arabia, Qatar, the UAE, and so on just for this election. She's received more from entities in Kazakhstan and so on to the Clinton Foundation, an F-rated charity that has 80%+ administrative expenditures. How foreign sovereignty can even donate to a political race I don't fucking understand but it happened.

I'm not sure the specifics on that nor do I know Trump's involvement. People tend to see his business entities, all 500+ of them, as monoliths that are managed and conducted by precisely one person. This is obviously false, but even if Trump U had done something illegal I presume it is a civil court issue and not a criminal court issue like Hillary's pending indictments. Trump has had losses in civil court before and as far as I'm aware he has also dealt within the law and respected the court's decisions when legal avenues have ran out.
