It is possible that he is simply saying that the movement for the USA to unilaterally reduce greenhouse gas emissions is a Chinese conspiracy which is completely legitimate

And even if the FBI thinks she should be prosecuted, they merely recommend it to the DOJ, who would then have to agree to it.

It's worth remembering that General Petraeus deliberately gave a bunch of highly classified military documents to a journalist he was sleeping with, regularly lied about it under oath, and got like a single year of probation.
 
So, if HRC is prosecuted, who's going to be running for the democrats do you think?

I'm not so sure he'll accept. It's a national crisis, but the man had to bury his own child for the second time in his life. He might not have the energy for anything.

Though I hope I'm wrong. Joe Biden's someone I could actually vote for without spitting on the ballot. He actually seems like he has a conscience.

Don't forget that Joe Biden is the only potential democrat candidate that would be able to actually challenge Trump. Trump is basically going open season on Hillary, because her foul political history opens her up for massive character assassination.

He's also the most moderate of the potential candidates. If Clinton is apparently a Republican, that would make Biden Ted Cruz. It would've been hard for him to him to have run at all against Clinton and Sanders, as there was already people fulfilling the progressive and pragmatist spots.
 
Bernie would do it, but Trump may opt out or claim it was just a flippant saying.

Let's hope this happens because Bernie has nothing to lose since DNC rules don't apply anymore since there are no more DNC sponsored debates anymore for them to bar him from.

And everything goes to charity so another win.

It's a good opportunity for Trump to lure Bernie's supporters to his side, so I think he will attend.
