And Cruz is more "far right" than Trump who's actually somewhat moderate in many ways.
 
@Emiya Kiwitsugu, Trump said several times he wants to ally with Russia and coordinate against China. I'm not surprised he endorses him. They have a budding bromance going on.

Yeah its pretty much over and done with. Kasich is just trying to suck up to the establishment but at this point is just killing his own career. If he had just bowed, he could have saved himself instead of looking like a fucking loser.

Also it amazes me how close we thought a contested convention was in the making and then Trump knocked shit over by a landslide. Thats why I'm hesitant to say Clinton will beat him, either knocking him out or in a close race, because nothing has gone the way it should this election. I'm not gonna even look at the estimated polls either until its a few days beforehand because those have been ridiculously inaccurate this entire election.

Neither Trump nor Clinton are capable of being far anything. They'll each happily jettison or redredge any and all their policies and points at any moment if they think it'll get them ahead.

The only meaningful differences they share is intelligence. Trump's not only dumber than every other President in US history; he actually thinks everyone else is dumber than him.

Hillary would steal flies from a blind spider; Trump would steal flies from Ungoliant while wearing barbecue-sauce scented cologne.

As a fan of the country I live in, I'm kind of worried about this election, but as a fan of brutal knife-fight politics in its most ghastly, no-holds-barred form, I'm really, really looking forward to this general election.

It's just going to be bloody Thunderdome shit, and I'm loving it.
 
It's not safe to say anything about Clinton V Trump before there's some actual action going on. We don't even know the shape of the Republicans yet. Endorsements haven't matter for Trump so far, but it would be interesting to see how the GOP fight this fight. Much of the establishment may turn out to be obvious Hillary supporters. Clinton herself will have to make some sort of stand.

This is why it's hard to make any guesses about this election based on what usually happens. The political establishment got outsmarted and outplayed by a former reality TV star and Clinton is having her ordained nomination threatened by a socialist upstart yet again. Remember, everyone was expecting a Clinton v Bush fight 2.0 to be cemented by February.
