Let me elaborate being Cuban.

Hispanics hate each other in a weird sorta hierarchy system. Cubans hate Domincans because their lazy assholes. Domincans hate Cubans because even Cuba is not as shitty as DR. Moonies are pretty Goddamn terrible, but the Washington Times is, for the most part, a serious publication. To my knowledge, they're not worthy of the automatic dismissal you should give to articles run in Salon, RT, or VICE.
