All discussion of the candidates, updates and results should go here

For example- here's a video of Ted Cruz vying for world domination.

Also Hilary Clinton is a crook and nobody should have sex with her.

Discuss

I'm excited to see when these worried republicans finally break up their party into two because they can't fathom Trump's overwhelming support.

They could do that by trying to rig it after Trump has clearly won the popular vote in some kind of brokered convention.

That could lead to political riots like nothing since the 1968 Democratic Party convention in Chicago and conceivably even outright destroy the GOP.

At this rate, Rubio (and Cruz, but I don't give a shit about him) may not even get any delegates in my state. Honestly, at this point, the best the Republicans can hope for is to deny Trump a majority of delegates at the convention and fight it out. That's extremely unlikely, though--there hasn't been a fight on the convention floor for a major party's nomination in generations.

If Donald Trump is the Republican nominee, I will probably vote for Gary Johnson, assuming that he wins the Libertarian nomination.

I can't really speak for African Americans but Latinos like hillary because sanders reminds them of certain Latin American socialists (like Hugo Chavez). Plus hillary has had more exposure to Latino culture than bernie ever has
I think Sanders reminds too many Blacks and Latinos of the condescending, clueless, neurotic White activists who try to set themselves up as Saviors of Oppressed People. In many ways, Sanders is also something of a throwback to the pre-identity-politics Old Left, who doesn't "get" issues outside of the economic sphere.

Arkangel Arkangel: Deleges for Clinton: 878; Sanders: 230.
Arkangel Arkangel: Sanders is getting royally fucked.

Sanders is done. He'll probably drop out in a few weeks

Trump is barely two points ahead of Kasich in Vermont.

If he wins Vermont or ties with trump and rubio wins Minnesota then everything gets more complicated

As a very liberal Canadian, I don't understand why there's so much anti-Trump sentiment from Americans. It's democratic, the problem isn't him, it's the sheer amount of people voting for him. That's what should be looked at more so than his platform.

Edit: I just don't get how I see so many people against Trump when the polls say the opposite. How is this voting happening?
