After the execution/Crucifixion of Jesus and resurrection, many openly acknowledged Jesus as their savior and Mary as his virgin mother.

So, what happened to Mary during the period after she lost Jesus, the rest of her life?

Surely, she was a holy protected very influential figure in Christianity.
Surely, she was protected for the rest of her life and her presence had to have been heavily documented.

After all, Mary was the human mother of Jesus.

What was the rest of her life like?

She was cared for by St. John the Evangelist, consecrated Mount Athos among many other things and places, reposed, was resurrected at the dormition and brought into Heaven, did some other stuff including appearing in Constantinople to pray for all Christians, and is still praying for you
